Human Lifecycle has Different learning requirement at different age group. BSE understands the learning needs of Life and accordingly work with four cohort of life cycle as follows:

Infant and Children Learning Program (4 to 10 Years)

BSE works with infant and children on the developmental needs of life and help them enjoy pre-schooling and school learning experience

Children and Teen Engagement Program (11 to 18 Years)

BSE works to build a strong foundation for children by helping them to learn various life skills, soft skills and psycho-social skills.

Youth Livelihoods Program (18 to 29 Years)

Youth require vocational and soft skills to enable them start their livelihoods. BSE provides Skills training and support services to youth for employment and entrepreneurship promotion.

Career Up-gradation Program (30 to 40 Years)

BSE supports young professionals for up-skilling and reskilling to enable them get a jump and second chance in their career

Anil is a medical doctor with an MD in Community Medicine who has served with the Army Medical Corps for more than twenty one years when he took a VRS. Later he has worked with the development sector with organisations such as FPA India and Institute of Health Management, Pachod and lately with Community Aid and Sponsorship Programme where he was the Executive Director for twelve years till 2022 when he formally retired a second time.

Head HR And Legal

Arun was awarded a Gold Medal on completing his MSW and later has developed expertise in Skill Development, Microfinance, Livelihoods, and promotion of Education. He has more than twenty eight years of experience of which he has worked in a leadership role for more than fifteen years working with esteemed organizations including Plan International (India Chapter), Sir Ratan Tata Trust, Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi

Aditi has a Masters in Commerce and is a lawyer by profession. She has excellent knowledge of Corporate Law and rich experience of HR Management. She has worked for more than eight years of experience with a Reliance affiliate and NGOs including Habitat for Humanity, Plan India and Kashti. Aditi has been volunteering with BSE and provides support to HR and the legal matters from the inception of the firm.

Arjun Has Done MSW and Has Been Working In the social Sector For last 18 Yeares He has Worked with Magic Bus , Meljol, PANI Foundation, Ekum Foundation, Plan India ,Arjun HAs Great Understanding Of The Communities And Skills to implement Program

Vivek is an MBA HR and has been working in the Skilling Sector for the last 15 years. Thus he has a deep understanding of the requirement and development of Soft Skills and also the Campus To Corporate transition. He has worked with various corporates and institutions in an HR role and those providing training including Horizon Life Skills Training.

Kashif is an MBA and has been working in the Skill Development Sector for the last 9 Years. He has also worked with Elios. Kashif has a high degree of understanding of Life Skills Training and good experience in conducting Training of Trainers. He has excellent contacts with the industry which ensure placement of alumni.
